Shelly grade leathers offer excellent durability and will stand up to more robust use.

When choosing a chaise longue customers usually want their piece to face towards a certain direction in a room, whether it’s looking at a window with a great view, facing the television or sat in a bay window, choosing the correct hand-side is an important part of making the most out of your furniture. We describe the hand-side as if you were looking at the piece - to make this easy, our logo is a left handed chaise longue
Depending on how busy our upholsterers are, and whether your chosen fabric is in stock we will usually ask customers to allow between three to six weeks to receive their furniture. Do we deliver on a Saturday?
We try to schedule all deliveries for Saturdays. We will email you a few weeks in advance with the date and a two hour timeslot so you won’t have wait in for a whole day. Will we take your chaise or sofa upstairs or to into a flat?
If you are on the UK mainland your furniture will be delivered to the room of your choice by our own dedicated, uniformed two man delivery teams. On arrival they will ask which room you would like your piece(s) placing and also will take away the packaging for recycling. Cancellations
The Company will only accept cancellations of orders within 7 days once it has been confirmed either in whole or in part. Notification in writing is required. As each piece of furniture is tailor-made to your individual specifications, the Company reserves the right once the furniture has been delivered and accepted by the customer, not to accept returns unless the furniture is faulty. All returned items will be inspected before a replacement is made or refund is actioned. The customer is liable for the return postage and packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. All of our frames come with a 15 year warranty.
How should I clean my furniture?
Please check your fabric sample for cleaning and washing codes as each fabric holds its own unique properties depending on its composition.
