Most of our frames are in stock. The lead time provided is an estimate based on our own experience and we will endeavour to deliver your piece(s) to you in 3-4 weeks, within the UK. However, we will not be responsible for unexpected manufacturing or transport delays or any losses, costs, damages or charges you may suffer if we delay, or fail, in supplying you. At the point of delivery you will be required to sign for acceptance of the goods and thereby take full procession and sole responsibility for them.
In most cases we deliver the furniture ourselves, and need to be sure that you will be in when we arrive, Therefore, we will e-mail or call you 3-4 days prior to delivery to confirm the delivery date, we may be able to give you a rough idea of the likely delivery time the day before we deliver (for example, early morning from 6am or late evening up to 10pm) although this may be inaccurate due to factors beyond our control - for example traffic or weather conditions.
We will also call you when we are approximately an hour away, therefore please ensure that we have all telephone numbers that might be useful for contacting you on the delivery day.
Someone must be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you. We will not be responsible where the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order/paid for the goods or the incorrect address details have been supplied.
We will be happy to extend our assistance to enable you to place your furniture in a designated place in your house, but we cannot be liable for any damage caused by this activity. Delivery to a work address can also be arranged but this must be specified at the time of order and be signed for by the purchaser. If you are unable to accept delivery on that date, please e-mail me 2 days before the delivery date, or extra delivery cost will be charged.
Delivery Via Courier
When receiving furniture by courier, we are unable to guarantee a delivery time. Delivery will be between 8am - 5.30pm. All parcels that are received by courier must be checked for any damages before signing. If damage has occurred please sign “goods damaged”.
